Replacement of Partition Walls with M.S. Girders of 66 Shops and Conversion into Hall at Multan

WAPDA Employees Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. Multan invites sealed bids on item rate basis for the replacement of partition walls with M.S. girders of 66 shops and their conversion into a hall under WECHS. The tender follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure on HCS basis from experienced firms or contractors. Items being procured: - Replacement of partition walls with M.S. girders of 66 shops and conversion into hall. The completion period for this work is 15 days. Eligible firms must have relevant experience and be registered with active Income Tax and GST status with FBR. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Secretary WECHS Ltd Multan. A refundable earnest money of 3% of the quoted cost is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, payable to Secretary WECHS Ltd Multan. Tender price is Rs. 10,000. Tender can be collected from the Secretary's office during working hours and will only be issued to the proprietor or legally authorized representative upon production of a fresh authority letter on non-judicial paper. Conditional and telegraphic tenders will not be entertained. The bid validity period is 120 days. Tenders will not be issued to contractors or firms who are defaulters or blacklisted by any provincial government. The procuring committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Clause-33 'Rejection of Bids' under PPRA Rules. The last date for issuing tender documents is 30-08-2026 during working hours. Submission deadline is 21-08-2026 up to 11:00 hours, with opening at 11:30 hours on the same day at the office of Secretary WECHS Ltd Multan.
