WAPDA Employees Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. Multan invites sealed rate tenders on item rate basis for the replacement of partition walls with M.S. griders of 06 No shops and conversion into a hall under WECHS on a single stage one envelope bidding procedure on FCS basis. Items being procured: - Replacement of partition walls with M.S. griders of 06 No shops and converted into hall. The technical scope includes removal of existing partition walls and installation of M.S. griders to convert the six shops into a single hall. The work is to be completed within 15 days at the WAPDA Town Northern M.D.A By-Pass Road, Multan. Eligible firms must have relevant experience in similar works and hold active income tax and GST registration with FBR. An earnest money deposit of 3% of the quoted cost in the shape of CDR or Pay Order from any scheduled bank of Pakistan is required, payable to the Secretary WECHS Ltd Multan. Tender documents can be obtained from the Office of Secretary WECHS Ltd Multan until 20-08-2026 during working hours. The last date and time for submission of tenders is 21-08-2026 up to 11:00 hours, with opening scheduled on the same day at 11:30 hours. Conditional and telegraphic tenders will not be entertained. The bid validity period is 120 days. Tenders will only be issued to proprietors or legally authorized representatives upon production of a fresh authority letter on non-judicial paper. Firms with defaulters or blacklisted status by any provincial government are not eligible. The procuring committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Clause-13 'Rejection of Bids' under PPRA Rules.
