Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Chief Engineer Tarbela Power Station invites electronic bids from contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category 6 or above, renewed for financial year 2026-27, and listed on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for Replacement of razorwire barred wire Fencing on the Boundary wall of Switchyard Unit (1-14) TPS Tarbela. The contract period is 120 days. Items being procured: - Replacement of razorwire barred wire fencing on boundary wall of Switchyard Unit (1-14) TPS Tarbela E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, requirements, and eligibility criteria are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 25.09.2026 at 10:30 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 hrs in the office of Executive Engineer Civil, Right Bank Colonies Division Tarbela, Tehsil Topi, District Swabi, in presence of bidders or their representatives. Single Stage One Envelope procedure applies. Each bidder must furnish original Bid Security of PRK. 171,000/- in form of CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (Power) Tarbela Dam before bid closing time.
