Requirement of Security Guards Services for NADRA Regional Head Offices Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites bids for the provision of Security Guards services for its Regional Head Offices (RHO) in Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. This procurement covers three lots corresponding to the jurisdictions of NADRA RHO Islamabad, RHO Gilgit-Baltistan, and RHO Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The scope includes deployment of ex-servicemen security guards on 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week, across various NADRA offices within these regions. Guards must be aged between 30 and 50 years, medically and physically fit, and cleared by police authorities. The security company must provide neat and clean uniforms with adequate winter clothing and ensure timely replacement. CNIC copies and police clearances of all guards must be submitted to NADRA. The contract is for one year, extendable, and performance security of 5% of contract price is required.
