Restoration of Balaili to Murani Shumali Road for Laying of 18 Inch Sewer Pipe Line Length 3650 RFT Tehsil Darya Khan and District Bhakkar

The Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for restoration work on the Balaili to Murani Shumali Road located in Tehsil Darya Khan, District Bhakkar. A 5% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via the E-Pay system through 1-Link from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Bhakkar, transmitted to Bank of Punjab via SWIFT on MT 760. Performance security of 10% of the contract amount must be submitted within 15 days of the offer letter receipt. Bidders are required to quote item rates against each item and the total amount in the financial proposal. The lowest evaluated bidder will submit the performance guarantee. The bid opening will be held on 16-09-2026 at 13:00 hours at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division, Sargodha, where bidders may attend.
