Improvement and Rehabilitation of Road Infrastructure in District West Karachi Package 03

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Engineering Department invites technically and financially qualified civil works contractors for Package 03 of the Improvement and Rehabilitation of Road Infrastructure in six Town Municipal Corporations in District West, Karachi, funded through Provincial ADP #1769/2026-27. The estimated cost is **PKR 473,289,483**. The works cover roads, sewerage, paving blocks, footpaths, medians and associated rehabilitation. Mandatory package list: (i) improvement and rehabilitation of the road from Jahanabad Police Station to Lashari Mohallah, TMC Morriro Mir Bahar, District Keamari; (ii) paving blocks and internal street rehabilitation at Faiz-e-Rehman Hospital, TMC Morriro Mir Bahar; (iii) sewerage rehabilitation and paver blocks around Jamia Masjid Toor and Madrasa Jamia Usmania, Shershah; (iv) sewerage improvement and paver blocks at UC-06, Morriro Mir Bahar Town; (v) dual-track road rehabilitation from Love Lane Bridge to the D.C. Office, Keamari; and (vi) paving blocks on Main Faqeer Colony Road from Zahoor Chowk to Fareed Colony, TMC Mominabad. The technical scope includes excavation, sewer pipes, pumping, manholes, RCC covers and slabs, refilling, sub-base, aggregate base, asphalt concrete, tack and prime coats, edge blocks, paving blocks, drainage desilting, leakage repairs, road milling, medians, footpaths, islands, painting and related civil works. Bidders must hold PEC registration C-3 or above in CE01, CE09 and CE10, valid registration with FBR, Sindh Revenue Board and applicable Active Taxpayer Lists, and provide five years of audited accounts, turnover, similar government or semi-government experience, equipment, personnel and construction schedules. Bid security is **5% of estimated cost**, with **Rs. 5 million** required with the Technical Offer and the balance with the Financial Offer. Pay Order, CDR or acceptable bank guarantee must favor Karachi Metropolitan Corporation.
