Tender for Running of Cafeteria at Main Campus - NUML Islamabad

National University of Modern Languages Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputable registered National/International firms or brands for running the cafeteria adjacent to the Library at NUML Main Campus Islamabad for a period of two years, extendable on satisfactory performance with mutual consent. The cafeteria building will be leased out to the firms/brands on the basis of offering the highest monthly building rent minimum to Rs.1,500,000/- with an annual increase of 10%. The intending firms/brands should be Income Tax and Sales Tax registered having minimum of 05 years' experience of running and maintaining similar type of services in Govt/Semi Govt/Private sectors. Quality food and excellent services will be required. The bid shall be a single package consisting of two separate envelopes, containing separately the financial and technical bid. All financial bids must be submitted along with bid security amounting to Rs.200,000/- (refundable) in the shape of CDR in favour of NUML. Tender documents containing all terms and conditions can be obtained from Administration Branch Room No.35, 1st Floor Main Jinnah Block during the working hours upon payment of Rs.5,000/- non-refundable. The bids shall reach to the Administration Branch before or on 21-09-2026 up till 1100 hours which will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders and Procurement Committee. The University reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under PPRA rules. Submission deadline is 21st September 2026 by 11:00 AM at Administration Branch, NUML Islamabad. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM same day.
