The Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the comprehensive works involving safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, erection, excavation, complete earthing, and back filling of HT/LT PCC spun poles of 36 and 31 feet under the XEN Deposit Work Kasur Construction Division LESCO. This procurement is specific to Lahore city under the jurisdiction of the XEN construction division LESCO. Items being procured: - Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation of 195 HT PC Spun Poles (36 feet) from Regional Store LESCO (Pattoki/Walgon Sohail) to various sites - Excavation, Erection, Back Filling of 195 HT PC Spun Poles (36 feet) with complete earthing and welding as per WAPDA Standard Design Instructions - Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation of 300 LT PC Spun Poles (31 feet) from Regional Store LESCO (Pattoki/Walgon Sohail) to various sites - Excavation, Erection, Back Filling of 300 LT PC Spun Poles (31 feet) with complete earthing and welding as per WAPDA Standard Design Instructions The technical scope includes handling and installation of PCC spun poles with strict adherence to WAPDA SDI standards, ensuring complete earthing with welding, and back filling at designated sites within Kasur Construction Division. The work duration is 365 days from the award date. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license under categories EE-04 and EE-05 for the fiscal year 2026-27, be registered with FBR and PRA, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Experience evidence including work orders and completion certificates from DISCOs or similar organizations is mandatory. The bid security of Rs. 100,000 must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. The submission address for original bid security is 132 KV LDA Avenue-I Grid Station F-Block, Lahore. The contract will be awarded on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
