Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Erection, Excavation, Complete Earthing and Back Filling Works for HT/LT PCC Spun Poles and HT Steel Structures

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for comprehensive construction and electrical works across multiple divisions including Sheikhupura, Kasur, Okara, ELR, and South Construction Divisions. The procurement covers safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, erection, excavation, complete earthing, and back filling of HT/LT PCC spun poles of 36 and 31 feet, as well as HT steel structures of 58 feet. Items being procured: - Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Erection, Excavation, Complete Earthing and Back Filling of HT/LT PCC Spun Poles (36 & 31 feet) - Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Assembling, Excavation, Erection, Complete Earthing, Making of Concrete Foundation, Curing and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure (58 feet) The technical scope includes handling of PCC spun poles and steel structures with all related civil and electrical works such as concrete foundation making, curing, and back filling. The works are to be executed at various LESCO construction divisions ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Contractors must be registered and renewed for the financial year 2026-27 with PEC specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05. They must also be registered with PRA/FBR and active on the taxpayer list. Documentary evidence of registration and experience, including work orders, contracts, and satisfactory performance certificates from DISCOs or similar organizations, must be uploaded through EPADS V2.0. The earnest money required is Rs. 100,000 in the form of a valid CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, payable to the Project Director Construction Circle LESCO. Bids must be submitted before the deadline of 23rd July 2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO, 132 kV Grid Station F-Block LDA Avenue-I Lahore. The bid opening will follow at 12:00 PM on the same day via EPADS V2.0. Bidders are advised to ensure complete and timely submission of bid security and documents on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
