Contractors must ensure adherence to safety standards and quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05 valid for the 2026-27 fiscal year, active registration with PRA/FBR, and inclusion on the active taxpayer list. Bidders must upload documentary evidence of relevant work orders, contracts, and satisfactory performance certificates from DISCOs or similar organizations via the EPADS V2.0 e-bidding platform. The earnest money required is Rs.100,000 in the form of a valid CDR, pay order, or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank, payable to the Project Director Construction Circle LESCO. This must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline at the specified office in Lahore. A 10% performance security of the tender amount will be required from the successful bidder. The tender closes on 28th July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day on EPADS V2.0.
