The Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the execution of civil and electrical works related to HT Steel Structures under the XEN South Construction Division LESCO in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and involves comprehensive works including safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing and back filling of HT Steel Structures measuring 58 feet. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (58 feet) (Quantity: 68 each) - Making Concrete Foundation and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure 58' (Size: 996mm x 996mm x 3020mm) (Quantity: 68 each) - Installation Earthing Set (Complete) along with welding (Quantity: 68 each) The technical scope covers the handling and installation of HT steel structures from the Regional Store LESCO (Shalimar) or other designated locations to various sites under the jurisdiction of XEN South Construction Division LESCO. The concrete foundation is to be constructed with a mix ratio of 1:2:4 and the earthing sets installed with welding as per specifications. The contract duration is 365 days from the date of award. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in categories EE-04 and EE-05 for the year 2026-27, valid CNIC, registration with PRA and FBR with active taxpayer status, and no blacklisting or involvement in corrupt practices. Bidders must provide evidence of relevant experience with at least one completion certificate from DISCOs or similar organizations and submit a bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee.
