The Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the execution of works related to the safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing and back filling of HT Steel Structure (58 feet) under XEN North Construction Division LESCO in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (58 feet) (Quantity: 68 each) - Making Concrete Foundation and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure 58' (Size: 996mm x 996mm x 3020mm) (Quantity: 68 each) - Installation Earthing Set (Complete) along with welding (Quantity: 68 each) The technical scope includes handling HT steel structures from the Regional Store LESCO (Shalimar) or designated locations by the concerned XEN construction division LESCO to various sites. The concrete foundation is to be made with a mix ratio of 1:2:4 and the earthing set installation includes welding. The work is to be completed within 365 days from the date of award. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the year 2026-27 in technical categories EE-04 and EE-05, valid CNIC, active registration with FBR and PRA, non-blacklisting affidavit, and submission of bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Experience with similar works and satisfactory performance certificates from DISCOs or related organizations are mandatory.
