Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing and back filling of HT steel structure (45 to 58 feet) for multiple construction divisions including Okara, ELR, and Sheikhupura Construction Divisions. The tenders EP-57 to EP-62 cover similar scope of work with slight variations in steel structure height and foundation specifications. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection - Complete earthing - Making of concrete foundation - Curing and back filling of HT steel structure (ranging 36 to 58 feet) The technical scope includes handling HT steel structures, ensuring proper foundation work, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Contractors and firms must be duly approved and registered for the fiscal year 2026-27 with PEC specialization codes EE-04, EE-05 and must be registered with PRA/FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidders must upload valid documentary evidence and submit bids through the EPADS V2.0 e-procurement system. Earnest money of Rs. 100,000/- in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Guarantee is required and must be submitted to the Project Director Construction Circle LESCO Lahore before the bid submission deadline. Separate applications on company letterhead are required for each tender. Bids without bid security will not be considered. The tender closing date is **28th October 2026 at 11:30 AM** with bid opening at 12:00 PM on the same day via EPADS V2.0 in the presence of the Bid Opening Committee.
