The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Topi invites bids for multiple developmental schemes related to sanitation, janazgah construction, and installation of HDPE pipes for drinking water. The contracts will be awarded based on the above/below/at par system relative to the Engineer's estimate on MRS-2022 (1st Bi-Annual). Tender documents are downloadable from the official E-PADS website (eprocure.gov.pk) and the KPPRA website after publication. Bidders must submit bid security and additional security as per KPPRA Notification No. S:R:O (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10.05.2022. Sealed bids must arrive by 11:30 AM on 11-09-2026 and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidders must provide original CDR, Earnest Money, Additional Security, fresh registration with LCB, KP Revenue Authority, NTN, Income Tax Certificate, and CNIC copies in a sealed envelope to the TMO, TMA Topi. Eligibility requires registration with PEC, KPPRA, LCB, and relevant tax authorities. The contractor must submit photographs of all activities before, during, and after completion along with coordinates. No advance payment will be made. The minimum clearance period for IPCs is 30 days. Penalties apply for delays and contract breaches.
