Cantonment Board Gujranwala invites sealed bids for various original and repair maintenance works under MES Schedule of Rates 2025 on percentage above/below or at par basis. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for FY 2026-27 and active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List may apply through the online E-PADS 2.0 system at https://epads.gov.pk. Contractors must submit a Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in separate sealed envelopes. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank is mandatory. All bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal by 07-09-2026 with technical bids opening at 11:00 hrs and financial bids at 11:30 hrs on the same day. Contractors should ensure their PEC registration is valid for the year 2026-2027 and that they are on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Experience of similar projects in the last 5 years and financial stability evidenced by bank balance certificates are required.
