Bidders must submit a 2 percent Earnest Money (CDR), detailed rate analysis, and all required registrations. Sealed bids must be submitted to the TMO, TMA Topi, by 11-09-2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the tender committee and bidders.
