Tender Description
Pakistan Railways in Lahore invites qualified SAP Value Added Resellers to provide comprehensive support and maintenance services for its SAP ERP system. This tender focuses on IT software and licenses, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and digital transformation within the department.
The scope includes post-implementation support for multiple SAP modules such as Financials, Human Capital Management, Sales & Distribution, Material Management, and others. The selected reseller will ensure system stability, provide technical and functional troubleshooting, manage system upgrades, and support integration with other software including the Reservation System (RABTA). The work requires deploying certified SAP professionals and delivering training to Railway officials, including SAP certification for nominated officers.
