Procurement of Scientific Equipment, Instrument, Machinery and Sports

The University of Sindh, Jamshoro, through its Central Scientific Procurement office at Allama I.I. Kazi Campus, invites sealed bids from registered companies, firms, and vendors for the procurement of scientific equipment, instruments, machinery, and sports items. This tender is open to bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and requires registration on the SPPRA EPADs system. Items being procured: - Scientific Equipment - Instruments - Machinery - Sports items The procurement covers a diverse range of goods essential for scientific and educational purposes at the university. The scope includes supply of high-quality scientific instruments and machinery suitable for academic and research activities, along with sports equipment to support physical education and recreational facilities. Eligibility criteria are stringent, requiring bidders to have an average turnover of at least PKR 50 million over the last three years, supported by a bank certificate. Bidders must provide NTN, Sales Tax Registration Certificates, FBR and/or SRB registration, active tax payer status certificates, professional tax certificates, and experience certificates in relevant fields. An affidavit on stamp paper declaring no litigation or blacklisting history is mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft amounting to PKR 750,000 and a bidding document fee of PKR 5,000 must be submitted. The tender documents can be obtained and submitted at the Central Scientific Procurement office, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, and also through the SPPRA EPADs e-procurement system. The technical bid will be opened on 14-07-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Dean, Faculty of Natural Science, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in compliance with the tender terms and conditions. Timely submission before the deadline of 14-07-2026 11:00 AM is critical to avoid disqualification. In case of public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, submissions will be accepted on the next working day at the same time and venue.
