Sealed Bid Auction for Exportable Trophy Hunting of Kashmir Markhor

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department invites eligible outfitters registered under relevant laws to participate in the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the Sealed Bid Auction of Exportable Trophy Hunting of Kashmir Markhor. This auction is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Rules, 2014. Detailed bidding documents and standard bidding documents for disposal of public assets through sealed bid auction are available on the KPPRA website. Items being auctioned: - Kashmir Markhor, Chitral (03 trophies, 5% CDR) - Kashmir Markhor, Kohistan (01 trophy, 5% CDR) Bids receiving deadline is 7th October 2026. Bid submission deadline is 8th October 2026 at 01:30 PM via EPADS link (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Financial bid opening will be on 8th October 2026 at 02:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting (physical and online) will be held on 29th September 2026 at 2:30 PM at the office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP (CCWL), Forest Complex, Shami Road Peshawar. Interested bidders must register with EPADS system to obtain user credentials and submit scanned copies of bids as per instructions. All taxes, duties, commissions, fees, and other charges related to the auction are the responsibility of the bidders. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
