Security Equipment, Ammunition, Protective Clothing and Related Items for Panjgur Dam Project

The Panjgur Dam Project District Panjgur invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of security equipment, ammunition, protective clothing and related items. Items being procured: - Security Equipment - Ammunition - Protective Clothing & related items (Total Item(s) Count: 1) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires assignments of similar nature and complexity worth 5,000,000 PKR in the previous 5 years, with a turnover of at least 7,900,000 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years. Bidders must be on active tax payer lists and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible. Submission of required bid security of 2% is mandatory. The bidder shall offer HESCO/Gabion-type bags conforming to specifications size 4'x4'x4', including fixing and transportation. The bidder must be manufacturer or authorized supplier/dealer of HESCO bags with adequate capacity to supply, transport and fix the required quantity within the delivery period. At least one successfully completed supply assignment of similar nature during the last 5 years is required. The bidder must not be blacklisted by any government, semi-government, autonomous body or procuring agency of Pakistan. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
