Security Guard Services for Vocational Training Institute Dhobi Ghat Faisalabad

Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) invites bids for Security Guard Services at Vocational Training Institute Dhobi Ghat, Faisalabad. PVTC is a government autonomous body under the Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department (SDED) committed to providing vocational skills to underprivileged youth across Punjab. Items being procured: - Deployment of security personnel: 1 guard at VTI Dhobi Ghat - Deployment of security personnel: 1 guard at Satellite Campus Pansra - Potential additional guard from 01 July 2027 if contract extended (total 3 guards) The contract period is estimated for 8 months up to 30 June 2027, with possible extension based on performance and budget availability. Security companies must hold a No Objection Certificate from the Ministry of Interior, a valid license from the Home Department, registration with SECP, EOBI, Social Security, and have Life Insurance policies for guards. Firms must be registered with tax authorities and on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. The total estimated cost inclusive of all taxes is **PKR 1,088,000** with a fixed bid security of **PKR 43,520** (4% of total cost). Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted by 04-11-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM at the Principal Office, VTI Dhobi Ghat.
