Security Guard Services for Vocational Training Institute Shorkot

The Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) through its Vocational Training Institute Shorkot invites bids for security guard services. This procurement is aimed at hiring reputed security service providers to ensure safety and security at the institute located in Shorkot City, District Jhang, Punjab. Items being procured: - Security Guards for one (1) guard per month at Rs. 54,520/- inclusive of all taxes - Security Guards for three (3) guards per month at Rs. 163,560/- inclusive of all taxes - Total estimated cost for three (3) security guards for one year Rs. 1,962,720/- inclusive of all taxes The scope includes provision of security guards on a monthly basis with a fixed bid security of 3% amounting to Rs. 58,882/- in the form of CDR or Demand Draft in favor of Principal Vocational Training Institute Shorkot. Bidders must be registered with tax authorities, SECP, and have at least one year of relevant experience. The tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA or EPAD websites or obtained free of cost from the institute office during working hours (8:00 AM to 3:30 PM). The bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing separate technical and financial proposals by 11:00 AM on 6th July 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
