Supply of Security Guard Services and Uniforms for PMTF Karachi

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF) Karachi invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced firms for the provision of security guard services and supply of uniforms for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work includes the deployment of trained security guards and the supply of uniforms as per the requirements of PMTF. Items being procured: - Security Guard Services (02 guards) - Uniforms for Security Guards (36 sets) The selected firm will be responsible for providing physically fit and well-trained security personnel, along with the required uniforms, to ensure the safety and security of PMTF premises. All guards must be registered with EOBI and Social Security, and the firm must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Firms with prior experience in similar assignments will be preferred. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft must be attached with the bid as per the instructions in the tender document. Sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned at the PMTF office in Karachi by the deadline of 28 October 2026. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered.
