Security Service Provider Contract for Regional Tax Office Peshawar

The Federal Board of Revenue's Regional Tax Office in Peshawar is inviting bids for the procurement of security services for the financial year 2026-27. This contract aims to secure the premises and assets of the Regional Tax Office, ensuring safety and protection through professional security service providers. Items being procured: - Security services for Regional Tax Office, Peshawar The scope includes provision of experienced and well-established security companies duly registered with Federal and Provincial authorities. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant provincial authorities. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under the principal method of Open National Competitive Bidding, adopting the Most Advantageous Bid Technique in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004. All proposals must be accompanied by 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order, refundable under Rule 25 of PP Rules 2004, drawn in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, RTO, Peshawar. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through e-PADS, and the original hardcopy submitted physically to the procuring agency. The bid security will be retained until the award of contract. The successful bidder will provide a 10% performance guarantee in the shape of a bank guarantee, retained until contract completion and clearance of dues. Bids must be uploaded and submitted by 24-09-2026 at 11:00 am. Opening of bids will be held the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Conference Hall of RTO, Peshawar. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule-33 of PP Rules 2004.
