Provision of Security Services at EOBI House G-10/4, EOBI Guest House G-6/4 and Crown Plaza F-7, Islamabad

Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company (Pvt) Ltd - PRIMACO invites eligible and experienced bidders for the provision of comprehensive Security Services at three key EOBI properties located in Islamabad: EOBI House G-10/4, EOBI Guest House G-6/4, and Crown Plaza F-7. This contract requires round-the-clock security management, ensuring safety of employees, visitors, vehicles, and assets with strict adherence to security protocols and gate pass systems. Items being procured: - Security Supervisor (1 Nos.) - Armed Security Guards (12 Nos.) - Un-Armed Security Guards (6 Nos.) The scope includes monitoring human and material traffic, fire hazard prevention, authorized parking control, removal of unauthorized posters, and maintaining discipline among security personnel. Guards must be equipped with licensed weapons and uniforms, with at least 60% being ex-Armed Forces personnel. The service provider must ensure monthly wage payments, EOBI and ESSI subscriptions, and provide detailed records including police verification and medical fitness certificates. Eligibility criteria include valid NOC from Ministry of Interior, FBR registration with ATL status, membership with All Pakistan Security Agencies Association (APSAA), PTA license, and proven experience with at least two similar contracts involving deployment of 19 or more security guards. Bid security is not required but a performance security of 10% of contract value will be demanded upon award. Bids must be submitted electronically via PPRA EPADS system by 01st October 2026 at 1400 hours. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated on a least cost basis.
