The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Nawabshah, Shaheed Benazirabad, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Security & Surveillance (CCTV) Systems. The equipment must meet the specifications and standards as detailed in the Bill of Quantities and technical documents. Bidders must be registered with NTN, GST, and SRB (where applicable), have a minimum of three years relevant experience, and meet the required annual turnover criteria. Bid security and tender fees must be submitted as per the instructions. The evaluation will be based on the most advantageous bid with the lowest item rate basis. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA EPADS portal only. Late submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on 17-10-2026 at 12:15 PM in the Conference Room of the Vice Chancellor at Latif Hall, PUMHSW. Payment terms include 70% payment after inspection committee certification and 30% after end-user satisfactory certificate. Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for late delivery.
