Tender Description
The Office of Deputy Commissioner Kot Addu invites E-Bids from registered firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers on E-PADS for the procurement of security surveillance services and transport hiring for religious and national events across all Tehsils of District Kot Addu. This tender covers multiple service categories including security, transport, event management, and outdoor LED screen rental.
Items being procured:
- Hiring of Security Surveillance Services for Religious & National Events (Estimated Cost PKR 3,500,000)
- Hiring of Vehicles / Transport Services on Rent Basis for Religious & National Events (Estimated Cost PKR 3,000,000)
- Event Management & Security Support Services on Rent Basis (Estimated Cost PKR 1,500,000)
- Hiring of Outdoor SMD LED Screen (10x20 ft) on Rental Basis for Religious & National Events (Estimated Cost PKR 2,000,000)
The technical scope includes comprehensive security and surveillance coverage, vehicle rental services for event logistics, professional event management support, and rental of large outdoor LED screens for event display purposes. The services will be deployed throughout the district's tehsils, ensuring effective management and security of religious and national events.
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure.
The deadline for electronic bid submission is **25th July 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the Deputy Commissioner Office, WAPDA Colony, Kot Addu. In case of a public holiday, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only, as physical instruments like CDRs or bank guarantees will not be accepted. This will avoid disqualification on technical grounds.
