Seepage and Roof Treatment Works and Supply of Bazar Material for GE (A) Abbottabad

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for important civil works and supply in Abbottabad. The works include seepage and roof treatment, construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings, re-carpeting of roads, and external services of certain facilities at Shinkari and Havelian. Additionally, supply of bazar material (Electrical & Mechanical and Building & Road) is required for the provision of stores for RTEs and TC/DC for the area of responsibility of GE (A) Abbottabad. Items being procured: - Seepage / Roof treatment, construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance of residential and non-residential works - Re-carpeting of road and external services of certain facilities at Shinkari and Havelian - Supply of bazar material (Electrical & Mechanical and Building & Road) for stores for RTEs and TC/DC The tender documents will specify the exact costs, which are to be considered at par cost shown on the tender documents. Firms and contractors must submit their applications along with complete credentials for scrutiny. Only firms with sufficient experience and meeting special conditions will be issued tender documents. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to approved MES categories A, B, C, D, or E. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Tender submissions must be received by 1130 hours on 02 November 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day. Contractors may be present at the opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
