Selection & Rate Contracting for Repair, Maintenance and Supply of Spare Parts for Official Vehicles 2026-27

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority invites bids for selection and rate contracting (framework contract) for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles and supply of spare parts for official vehicles under the authority based in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Repair / Servicing of Official Vehicles labour, diagnostics and workshop services - Lot 2: Supply of Genuine / OEM-Equivalent Spare Parts for Official Vehicles The scope includes comprehensive repair and servicing work, diagnostics, and workshop services for official vehicles, along with the supply of genuine or OEM-equivalent spare parts. Bidders must be capable of providing quality services and parts that meet the authority's standards. Eligibility criteria include compliance with KPPRA rules, registration on the EPADS system, and submission of bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favor of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 8th September 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Directorate General office in Peshawar. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before 1:00 PM, 21st September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
