Procurement of Semen Straw 0.25ml and 0.5ml and Bovine Semen Extender (Triladyl) for Semen Production Unit Qadirabad

The Semen Production Unit Qadirabad District Sahiwal invites sealed tenders for procurement of Semen Straw 0.25ml and 0.5ml and Bovine Semen Extender (Triladyl) imported under Frame Work Contract as per section 15(I) of PPRA Rules, 2014 for the Year 2026-27 on FOR basis from well reputed, economically strong and sales tax / income tax registered firms. Items being procured: - Semen Straw 0.25ml Red Colour (650000 Nos.) - Semen Straw 0.50ml Red Colour (250000 Nos.) - Semen Straw 0.25ml Light Gray Colour (500000 Nos.) - Semen Straw 0.50ml Light Gray Colour (150000 Nos.) - Semen Straw 0.50ml Transparent Colour (10000 Nos.) - Bovine Semen Extender (Triladyl) or equivalent (400 Bottles) The Semen Straw items are imported and made in Germany, France, USA, Japan, western Europe or equivalent without India. The Bovine Semen Extender (Triladyl) is a 250ml bottle for bull semen made in Germany, France, USA, Japan, western Europe or equivalent without India. The total quantity of Semen Straw is 1,560,000 Nos. with an estimated value of Rs. 26.57 Million and 400 bottles of Bovine Semen Extender with an estimated value of Rs. 5.60 Million. Tender documents and detailed specifications along with terms and conditions can be obtained after uploading this tender notice on the PPRA website and E-Procurement (PPRA). Bidding documents are also available on PPRA's website and E-Procurement portal. The tenders should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 15.09.2026 till 11.00 A.M through E-Procurement. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11.30 A.M in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals will be opened on 21.09.2026 at 11.00 A.M. Bid security / earnest money @ 2% of estimated value of Semen Straw 0.25ml & 0.5ml (Rs. 531400/-) and Bovine Semen Extender (Triladyl) (Rs. 112000/-) in the name of Deputy Director Semen Production Unit Qadirabad District Sahiwal as per E-Procurement Punjab online framed procedure is required.
