Service Level Agreement for Operations, Maintenance, Bug Fixes and Support of AGRIVERSE Digital Agriculture Application Suite

The Ministry of Defense, through the Project Director of its Green-AI Project Management Unit in Rawalpindi, is procuring a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the operations, maintenance, bug fixes, and support of the AGRIVERSE Digital Agriculture Application Suite. This project is part of the PSDP approved initiative titled 'Development of ICT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Based Precision Agriculture Systems Utilizing Dual-Use Aerospace Technologies - Green-AI'. The scope includes managing a sophisticated cloud-native digital precision agriculture ecosystem that integrates high-performance computing, AI-enabled mobile diagnostics, blockchain-backed supply chain transparency, and GIS-based crop monitoring tools. The SLA covers a 36-month period and requires the selected firm to provide end-to-end services including HPC consultancy, mobile application support, blockchain system maintenance, disaster recovery site management, and secure API integration with external entities such as Smart Farms and Green Cabins. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, demonstrate relevant experience in software development and lifecycle support, and comply with the technical and financial requirements outlined in the bidding documents. The bid security is set at PKR 200,000, and performance guarantees will be required upon contract award. Key dates include the submission deadline on 12 May 2026 at 11:00 am, with bid opening at 11:30 am the same day at Project GreenAI, Alpha 19, Old Airport Road, Rawalpindi. Bidders should submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes within a single package. The evaluation will be based on a quality cum cost-based selection method, with a minimum technical score of 70% required to qualify for financial bid opening.
