Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Uncompressed and Unshared MPLS Connectivity in FESCO

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) concerning Uncompressed and Unshared MPLS Connectivity within FESCO's network. This procurement is aimed at establishing a reliable and dedicated MPLS connectivity service to support FESCO's operational requirements in Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Uncompressed and Unshared MPLS Connectivity The scope includes provision, maintenance, and support of MPLS connectivity services as per the detailed terms and conditions available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and service standards outlined in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and provide a Bid Security of Rs. 400,000 (Four hundred thousand only) in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque in favor of the Chief Executive Officer FESCO. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
