Procurement of 1x Year Service Level Agreement with Parts & Consumables for DC Facility Site - RHO Sargodha

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax and active on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. The procurement is for a 1-year Service Level Agreement including parts and consumables for the Data Center (DC) facility site at RHO Sargodha. Items being procured: - 1x Year Service Level Agreement - Parts & Consumables for DC Facility Site at RHO Sargodha The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations and guidelines issued by NADRA. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 5th October 2026 at 1100 hrs at HQ NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee and submitted on or before Monday, 12th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/130981.
