Service Level Agreement with Parts and Consumables for DC Facility Site Rho Sargodha

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax and who are Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR for the procurement of a 1-year Service Level Agreement with Parts and Consumables for the DC Facility Site located at Rho Sargodha. The tender reference is P130981 E-Pads v2.0. Items being procured: - 1x Year Service Level Agreement with Parts & Consumables for DC Facility Site - Sargodha The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) evaluation in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations and guidelines issued by NADRA. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 5th October 2026 at 1100 hrs at HQ NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee and submitted on or before Thursday, 12th October 2026 at 11:00 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
