State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites experienced and registered firms to submit bids for the servicing and maintenance of 02 Mitsubishi Shenghai passenger lifts installed at State Life Buildings, Rahim Yar Khan. This tender is specifically for the upkeep and operational maintenance of these lifts to ensure smooth and safe functioning over a contract period of one year. Items being procured: - Servicing and maintenance of 02 Mitsubishi Shenghai passenger lifts including troubleshooting The scope includes regular monthly servicing, emergency and preventive maintenance, attending complaints without cost, maintaining service cards signed by employer representatives, submission of monthly performance reports, and ensuring valid fitness certificates twice a year. Consumables like oil and grease are to be borne by the contractor, while replacement or repair costs of parts are covered by the employer. The contractor is responsible for cleaning control panels, checking moving parts, and ensuring proper operation. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered on E-PADS, have valid Income Tax and FBR Active Taxpayer status, and at least three years of experience in lift operation and maintenance. Bid security of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of pay order or bank guarantee is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS by 05-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with hard copies of original bid and bid security submitted physically before bid closing time. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract includes monthly payments upon submission of verified bills and satisfactory performance certificates. Unsatisfactory performance may lead to deductions up to 5% of the contract amount per month. The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
