Settlement and Digitization of Land Records in Merged Districts with e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS

The Revenue and Estate Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites reputed firms for the settlement and digitization of land records in the Merged Districts. This procurement is specifically for the supply, installation, commissioning, testing, and training of the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS. A bid security of 2% of the total quoted price is mandatory. The tender follows a single stage – two envelopes bidding procedure with sealed technical and financial proposals submitted through EPADS and hard copy by 06 August 2026 at 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Land Settlement Unit Conference Room.
