Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore is procuring a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the maintenance of its Data Centre Infrastructure at the Head Office Lahore for a period of two years. This tender invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possessing valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The scope includes 24/7 maintenance services covering electrical panels, UPS units, cooling units, fire detection and suppression systems, environmental monitoring solutions, and other related equipment at the Data Centre and Power Room. Consumables such as air filters, lubricants, refrigerants, batteries, and fire suppression gases are included under the agreement. The service provider will assign qualified onsite support staff to coordinate with SNGPL's NOC and provide timely response and resolution of issues according to defined severity levels. The contract requires submission of a bid bond of Rs. 300,000 and a performance security of 10% of the contract value. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in data centre maintenance and support, possess trained resources for power, cooling, and DCIM maintenance, and have authorization from OEM or distributors for fire suppression systems. The tender follows a single stage two envelope system with separate technical and financial proposals submitted via EPADS and hard copies delivered to the Procurement Department at 21 Kashmir Road Lahore. The closing date has been extended to 06.07.2026. Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms including submission of technical literature, bid security, and integrity pact. The evaluation will consider technical compliance, financial proposal, and bidder capability. The contract includes clauses on late delivery charges, force majeure, confidentiality, and dispute resolution by arbitration in Lahore. Bidders are advised to submit complete and compliant bids before the deadline to avoid rejection. One practical tip is to carefully prepare the technical proposal with all required documents and ensure the bid bond is properly placed in the technical envelope to avoid disqualification. This tender offers a significant opportunity for qualified service providers to engage with a leading gas transmission and distribution company in Punjab with a contract value expected to be substantial, emphasizing the importance of earnest money and adherence to procurement rules.
