SLA for Sangfor HCI on Premises Support

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites original manufacturers, distributors, and partners in Pakistan to submit E-Bids for the SLA of Sangfor HCI on Premises Support. This procurement is for services related to support of Sangfor Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) on premises at PKLI&RC Lahore. Items being procured: - SLA for Sangfor HCI on Premises Support The bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and can also be accessed via www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments/authorities. The bidding process follows the single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA-2014. Bids must be submitted online on or before the 28th of October 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Punjab E Procurement System https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Hard copies are not required. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount (Rs. 230,437/-) must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS. No physical financial instruments like CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department at PKLI&RC during office hours 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM Monday to Friday. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21st October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Conference Hall. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
