The system supports advanced audio-visual integration with networked PoE video output and comprehensive onsite training. The site visit is mandatory and scheduled for July 08, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the IBA Main Campus. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least three years of relevant experience, a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 7 million, active NTN and STRN registration, OEM or authorized partner status, and no blacklisting or litigation. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security and provide a 5% performance security upon award. The contract includes a 3-year onsite comprehensive warranty and support.
