Tender Description
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, is procuring a comprehensive Smart Classroom Solution to enhance its educational infrastructure. This procurement is specifically for the IBA Main Campus located in University Enclave, Karachi. The tender invites sealed bids from active taxpayers including manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities.

The technical scope includes enterprise-grade 4K video cameras with AI-powered tracking, intelligent AV controllers, spatial acoustic intelligence arrays, digital audio processors, and managed network switches with PoE capabilities. The system supports advanced audio-visual integration with networked PoE video output and comprehensive onsite training. The site visit is mandatory and scheduled for July 08, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the IBA Main Campus.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least three years of relevant experience, a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 7 million, active NTN and STRN registration, OEM or authorized partner status, and no blacklisting or litigation. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security and provide a 5% performance security upon award. The contract includes a 3-year onsite comprehensive warranty and support.
The tender fee is PKR 2,000, and the submission deadline is July 17, 2026, at 03:00 PM via the SPPRA EPADS portal. Original bid security and signed documents must be delivered to the IBA Karachi office before the deadline. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
