Procurement of Software and Repair of Transport for Punjab CNF Financial Year 2026-27

Punjab CNF invites bids for the procurement of software and repair of transport for the financial year 2026-27. This notice is published for suppliers and contractors interested in providing these goods and services in Lahore. Items being procured: - A090202-Purchase of Software (Estimated Amount: Rs. 5,000,000) - A13001-Repair of Transport (Estimated Amount: Rs. 40,000,000) The technical scope includes the supply and installation of software as per department requirements, as well as comprehensive repair and maintenance of transport vehicles. Bidders must ensure that all software provided is licensed and meets the technical specifications outlined by Punjab CNF. For transport repair, only experienced workshops or service providers with a proven track record should apply. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A 5% bid security in the form of CDR or pay order is mandatory: Rs. 250,000 for software and Rs. 2,000,000 for transport repair. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by 11:00 AM on 13-10-2026. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. All payments for bid security must be made via PSID (Payment Slip ID) generated from the e-Procurement portal. Bidders are advised to complete the payment process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The contract period will be valid until 30-06-2027.
