Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat invites bids through EPADS for the procurement of works related to solar-based Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS) at multiple locations within Lakki Marwat district. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under Category C6 with specialization codes CE09 and CE10, hold active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue, and be enlisted with the Provincial Enlistment Committee of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Submission of a Non-Blacklisting Affidavit on E-Stamp Paper issued after the publication date is mandatory. Bid solicitation documents including Bidding/Contract Data, Bill of Quantities, and eligibility criteria can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS before the deadline. Original bid securities in the form of Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) must be physically submitted to the Executive Engineer's office at Town Complex Tajazai, District Lakki Marwat via registered post or courier before the closing date.
