Tender Description
This tender invites bids for solar-based drinking water supply schemes and street pavement, drainage, and sanitation works in Lakki Marwat under the ADP#1738/250725 funded by 15% Oil & Gas Royalty. The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Lakki Marwat, requires installation of solar pressure pumps and solarization of existing pumps at VC Tari Khel Ikramullah Korona and Tehsil Ghazni Khel. Additionally, street pavements and sanitation schemes will be executed in Tehsil Ghazni Khel. These projects involve specialized solar equipment installation and civil works in a region with unique terrain and climatic challenges, demanding precise engineering and quality materials to ensure durability and efficiency.
Bidders must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active status. The tender requires compliance with PEC categories relevant to solar and civil works, and adherence to FBR/ATL active taxpayer status for the fiscal year 2025-26. Contractors should prepare to submit 2% bid security via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and additional security as per KPPRA notifications. Bids quoting more than 20% below estimated cost must include detailed rate analysis to avoid disqualification.
