The technical scope covers construction of the specified irrigation tube well under Lot 1 and conversion of the existing irrigation tube well to solar power under Lot 2, including the works and equipment detailed in the bidding documents. Firms or contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the required categories.
