Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Complete Solar Power Systems at FG PS RD Mona

This tender invites electronic bids through EPADS from eligible and experienced firms for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete solar power systems at FG PS RD Mona, located in Mandi Bahauddin. The procuring authority is FG Public School Remount Depot Mona. Items being procured: - Complete solar power system with capacity 12 kW at FG PS RD Mona The technical scope includes supply and installation of solar panels with a 12-year product warranty and 25-year performance warranty, inverters with 5-year warranty, and system/workmanship warranty of 1 year. Battery warranty, if applicable, will be as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The work completion timeline is 14 working days per site from the work order date. Eligibility criteria require firms to have valid FBR/NTN registration, applicable PEC registration, solar-installer certification, relevant experience, and non-blacklisting status as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding procedure follows Open Competitive Bidding under the Federal Public Procurement Rules, 2026, using a Single Stage–Two Envelope method with package-wise evaluation and award. Bid security is set at 3% of the approved estimated package cost, with bid validity of 120 days. Tender documents including BOQ, technical specifications, qualification, and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS from 19 October 2026 until bid closing. The closing date for bid submission is 03 November 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS, with technical proposals opening the same day at 11:30 AM.
