This procurement includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 6KW solar system with lithium batteries for the Court & Bar, an E-library setup comprising all-in-one computers with power backup, printers, scanners, air-conditioning units, water dispensers, televisions, and stationery, as well as a Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filtration plant with associated civil works for housing the plant. The scope covers detailed technical specifications and installation at the court premises in Bannu, ensuring modern facilities for judicial and administrative functions.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Contractors, manufacturers, service providers, or their authorized dealers/suppliers with relevant experience are invited to participate. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders should prepare their Technical and Financial Bids carefully, ensuring all documents are signed, stamped, and properly paginated with a detailed table of contents to facilitate evaluation.
The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the B&AA between 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM during working hours or downloaded from the official websites http://www.districtcourtnorthwaziristan.com and http://kppra.gov.pk.
