Procurement of Solar Water Pump, Tube-Well, Water Reservoir, and Drip Irrigation System for Biosaline Agriculture Research & Development Phase-II

The Directorate General, Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of equipment under the BIOSALINE AGRICULTURE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT PHASE-II project. This procurement is specifically for the supply and installation of a Solar Water Pump, Tube-Well, Water Reservoir, and Drip Irrigation System to support agricultural research and development in Tandojam, Sindh. Items being procured: - Water reservoir with dimensions 10.10m length, 10.10m depth, and 1.5m depth with specified bed and plaster thickness - Solar Water Pump / Solar tube-well (Model 4DPC6 135-110-1500) with 110V voltage, 1500w power, max flow 6.0m3/h, max head 135m - Solar Tube-well with 4" outlet, submersible pump type, motor 20HP/15KW, voltage 380-420V - Drip irrigation system including micro tube, sprinkler irrigation, rain gun with components such as electric motor 10HP Siemens, motor control panel, fertigation manifold and tank, disc and sand media filters, pressure gauge, air release valve, baseplate and coupling, G.I pipes and valves - Irrigation pipes, fittings, elbows, tees, bushings, valves, LDPE pipes, grommets, end plugs, couplings, and other accessories - Head unit platform construction, sign board, transportation, survey, design, installation charges, excavation and back filling, and spare parts The technical scope includes supply, delivery, and installation at the specified site in Tandojam. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications, provide warranty and spare parts assurance, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least three years of supply to public sector or government institutions. Bid security of PKR 630,000 is required along with valid PEC registration, tax compliance, and financial stability evidence. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 27-08-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day at the Committee Room of Directorate General, Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam. Financial proposals of only technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per SPPRA rules and to reject any or all bids. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical envelope is complete with all required documents including valid PEC category, tax certificates, audit reports, and authorization letters if bidding through representatives. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. Strictly follow the single stage two envelope procedure and submit bids only through EPADS to avoid disqualification.
