Tender Description
This tender notice invites contractors and firms enlisted and renewed with PEC for the current financial year to participate in the solarization works for Ladies Bar Rooms at three locations: Kasur, Chunian, and Pattoki. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, requiring bidders to register on the PPRA e-portal and submit their bids online.

The scope involves installation of solar power systems to provide sustainable energy solutions for the specified ladies bar rooms. Contractors must produce original PEC licenses with relevant specialization codes and comply with all tender conditions. Technical and financial bids must be submitted as separate sealed envelopes, duly signed and stamped, through the e-Procurement portal. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Bidders are required to submit earnest money amounting to 5% of the estimated cost via 1-Link/online bank transfer through PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder must also furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the work order value. The contract duration for each work is 1 month.
Key dates include submission of technical and financial bids by 16th November 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening of technical bids at 10:30 AM the same day. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. In case of any government holiday, the next working day will be considered for receiving and opening of tenders.
This tender is ideal for PEC-registered contractors with experience in solar power installations and relevant FBR/ATL registration. Bidders should ensure all columns of the bid form are properly filled and all uploaded documents are readable to avoid rejection.
