Solarization works of DWSS and Sayed Colony Commerce College under AIP in Kurram

The Public Health Engineering Division Kurram, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids for solarization works at multiple sites including Sayed Colony Commerce College and various DWSS locations such as Mehmood Colony Ladi Kot, Lalmiai, Kirman Road UK, Airport Road Main Colony UK, Sher Mat Kahn Korrona Sehra Kaly, and Rajab Koroona Tezana Kanda under Annual Improvement Plan (AIP) 210601 and 200103. These projects involve installation of solar power systems to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in the district of Parachinar. The technical scope covers solarization of educational and water supply schemes, requiring expertise in solar electrical systems and related civil works. The estimated costs range from approximately PKR 2.5 million to over PKR 6 million per site, with a total bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) with stamp duty. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), KP Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and comply with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the E-PADS system. Technical bids will be opened on 6th May 2026 at 13:30 hours at the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Kurram, Parachinar. The closing date for submission is 6th May 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bidders should submit both electronic bids and a hard copy via registered courier before the deadline. The bid security must accompany the financial bid, and bids quoting more than 10% below or 20% above the engineer’s estimates must provide additional security.
