Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for TMA Pabbi

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Pabbi is inviting e-tenders for the fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery, funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the solid waste management capacity of the TMA. Bidders must be reputable manufacturers, fabricators, or suppliers with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and experience in the sale, service, and supply of spare parts for such machinery in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis for the required machinery will be provided by the TMA. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (01 unit) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (02 units) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (03 units) The technical scope includes the complete fabrication and supply of the above machinery, ensuring all specifications are met. The successful bidder will also be responsible for providing operational training to TMA staff. All items must be delivered free of cost to the TMA office on a FOR basis. Bidders are required to submit a 2 percent bid security of the total bid price in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Pabbi. Only registered and eligible contractors on the KP e-procurement portal may participate, and all applicable taxes will be enforced as per government rules. The deadline for bid submission is **September 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM** via the EPADS e-bidding system. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be entertained.
