Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department invites sealed bids for the pre-qualification of contractors for the financial year 2026-27 under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. This tender concerns special and petty repair and fortification works at various police stations, police posts, and offices within District Khyber, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors must be registered with KPPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a minimum category of C-4 or above. Both soft and hard copies must be submitted to the office of the District Police Officer, Khyber, before the closing date and time. Bids submitted by hand, fax, telephone, or email will not be entertained. Any discrepancy between hard and soft copies will result in rejection. The technical evaluation will be conducted by the Chairman Procurement Committee based on the criteria in the bid solicitation documents.
